Keyboard is good quality. The agent was able to help me with purchasing with specifics (such as the type of keys that I need). Also helped a lot The item was packaged well and abosolutely no damage. It comes with a key puller, key caps, and some extra keys/caps. Seller will send you software to download which allows you to configure the keyboard. The keyboard will retain the information so it doesnt need to run off any software. The software is very easy to use. This is a cheap alternate compared to other brand names like Xkeys or cherry keys, which are much more expensive. Biggest downside out of this all was the software giving me a warning. Windows will detect it as having a Trojan virus (Wacatac.B!ml virus). I did this on a separate laptop (which has no information on it) I do not want the risk of my computer becoming infected or having my data stolen. You can think about of that however you want. In my personal opinion, its probably false positive since software is unlicensed.
